Clearing blocked drains across Dublin since 1968 — day or night.
Been told your drain needs repairing? That doesn’t have to mean digging up the garden. We fit a resin liner through your manhole that seals the damage from inside the pipe. Nothing gets dug up, so there’s nothing to pay to put back.

Got a CCTV report in your hand? Check it against these six. Each one can usually be sealed from inside the pipe with a patch or full liner, through your manhole.
Left alone, a cracked drain leaks into the ground and gets worse. Cracked drain pipe repair here means one resin patch, cured over the crack from inside.
A failed joint lets soil and roots in, so blockages keep returning to one spot. Patch lining the joint seals it from inside.
Roots cause the blockage, but the failed joint lets them in. We cut the roots, clean the line and seal the joint behind them.
A slight shift leaves a lip that catches waste. If the pipe is still open, a liner smooths over the step and seals it.
A hole lets waste soak into the soil and soften the ground. Drain patching covers it with resin that bonds to the pipe around it.
Cast iron rusts from inside until the wall leaks. CIPP lining forms a new resin pipe inside the old one.

We had an extremely positive experience with Davis Drain Services. Within minutes of calling them out of hours, they arrived to our house to clear a blocked septic tank. It was pumped out promptly before returning the following morning to rectify the issue. At all times they made us feel at ease and explained everything to us clearly. While on site they also provided helpful advice on how to rectify heating issues we were having. We would have no hesitation recommending them for both drainage and plumbing works. Thanks to Alec and team.Posted on Google![]()

Just had Alec out to look at an issue with my boiler. We were without heat and he arrived so quickly after being contacted. He was able to pinpoint the issue straight away and had it fixed in minutes. I also asked advice on an issue with my drains that I have been encountering for a few years and he was able to give me advice on how fix it. Thank you Alec, I am very grateful for all you help.Posted on Google![]()

Great service, fast call out lovely team
We walk you through the footage, show you what needs lining and price it before we start.
One defect takes a single patch. Several along one run often suit a longer liner.
Patching a short section costs less than lining a full run across several metres.
Wider pipes use a larger liner and more resin.
We reach the defect through a manhole or access point. Awkward access means more time on site.
Here’s what happens on the day, usually in one visit.
A CCTV drain survey shows you the damage on screen and confirms a liner is the right fix.
We jet away roots and build-up, because resin only holds to a clean pipe wall.
We soak the liner in resin and fit it to an inflatable packer.
The packer is inflated over the defect and held there until the resin sets hard.
A final camera run shows you the sealed section and a clear pipe.
Straight answers to what people ask us before booking a repair.
Pipe relining and patching is a no dig pipe repair that fixes a damaged drain from the inside. A resin-soaked liner goes in through a manhole, sits over the defect and hardens against the pipe wall. Patching seals one spot, while relining covers a longer run.
Resin lining systems are designed for a 50-year life under the European standard BS EN 13566-4. Industry data puts well-installed liners at 30 to 60 years. They last longest in pipes that are still structurally sound.
Yes, as long as the clay pipe hasn’t collapsed. Clay is common under older Dublin homes, and it tends to crack or open at the joints. A resin liner bonds to the inside and seals those defects without lifting anything.
As a market guide, a single patch repair in Ireland costs €350 to €700, and relining runs about €120 to €250 per metre. Your exact drain relining cost depends on defects, length, pipe size and access, confirmed on camera.
Yes, for the defect it covers. Pipe patching bonds resin to the pipe wall and makes that section watertight. Damage elsewhere along the run needs its own patch or a longer liner.
No. The whole repair goes in through a manhole or access point, so your lawn, driveway and paving stay as they are. There’s nothing to dig and nothing to reinstate afterwards.
Most repairs are done in one visit, covering the camera check, cleaning, lining and final inspection. Longer runs or awkward access take more time, and we’ll tell you upfront.
If the pipe has collapsed, we’ll tell you straight: a liner won’t work. We’ll recommend drain excavation for that section, and you’ll see the footage that shows why.
Tell us what your survey found and we’ll price it quickly. No survey yet? We’ll camera the pipe first so you know what’s wrong.
